Berry Picker Trail; East Vail Waterfall; Upper Piney River Falls; Tip: Plan for outdoor activities, such as hiking, in the morning. Climb up the Berry Picker Trail and then traverse over to Mid Vail via the Fireweed Trail and take Gondola One down after having lunch at the Mid Vail Grill. Lower Fireweed is an enjoyable walk in either direction, and is often combined with Upper Fireweed to make a mellow loop.
